A pro-Palestinian trade unionist has been convicted of part in a ‘revenge attack’ at a pub that left a Jewish Tory lawyer with a broken nose and a torn retina.
Former school caretaker and artist Dennis McNulty, 60, beat 63-year-old intellectual property rights specialist Tim Ludbrook, who knocked him unconscious at King William IV Pub, Hampstead in 2018.
The pair had clashed verbally over their opposing political views, leading to McNulty being described by the lawyer as a ‘Hamas-loving b ***** d’.
Today, a jury found the father of three McNutly guilty of deliberately causing serious bodily harm in court.

McNulty and Mr Ludbrook met on August 3, 2018 at the busy King William IV pub on Hampstead High Street – where the couple exchanged blows over their polarized political views.
