Azerbaijan/Armenia/The Netherlands: Three Azerbaijanis stab Armenian lawyer in Netherlands



Armenian lawyer Anna Hakobyan was stabbed Friday in the Netherlands by three Azerbaijanis. Vahe Balbabyan wrote about this on Facebook.

“She is currently undergoing surgery at the hospital. Her condition is not clear yet. The dogs [i.e., the aforesaid Azerbaijanis] were arrested on the spot,” Balbabyan added.

Later he added: “One of our friends talked to Anna, the surgery was completed successfully, Anna is still weak, but I am sure everything will be fine. God be with you, dear Anna.”



South Africa: Prominent Durban attorney Theasen Pillay stabbed to death

A prominent Durban attorney was found dead, with stab wounds to his chest and hands, police said on Friday.

Theasen Pillay, 47, of Theasen Pillay and Associates, was found in his Umhlanga apartment on Friday.

“An inquest docket was opened for investigation by Durban North SAPS. The Durban North police received a complaint of a man who was found with stab wounds on Solstice Drive in Umhlanga Ridge,” police spokesperson Captain Nqobile Gwala said.

She said he was certified dead at the scene and his death would be investigated.

“They proceeded to the scene, where a body of a 47-year-old man was found inside the bedroom, with two stab wounds to the chest and on the left hand. He was certified dead by paramedics. The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.”


Pillay spearheaded a number of controversial matters in Durban, including a case in which a man was suing the health department after maggots were found in his father’s mouth during a hospital stay.

He also once represented the late King Goodwill Zwelithini, in his plan to sue MiWay over a leaked conversation between one of the insurance company’s sales reps and Zwelithini.



UK: Pro-Palestinian Trade Unionist Jailed After Fighting Jewish Lawyer In Hampstead Political Pub Feud


A pro-Palestinian trade unionist has been convicted of part in a ‘revenge attack’ at a pub that left a Jewish Tory lawyer with a broken nose and a torn retina.

Former school caretaker and artist Dennis McNulty, 60, beat 63-year-old intellectual property rights specialist Tim Ludbrook, who knocked him unconscious at King William IV Pub, Hampstead in 2018.

The pair had clashed verbally over their opposing political views, leading to McNulty being described by the lawyer as a ‘Hamas-loving b ***** d’.

Today, a jury found the father of three McNutly guilty of deliberately causing serious bodily harm in court.

McNulty and Mr Ludbrook met on August 3, 2018 at the busy King William IV pub on Hampstead High Street – where the couple exchanged blows over their polarized political views.
